This document constitutes a Public Offer under Article 370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is governed by the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights (No. ZRU-221). By registering on https://style-ai.uz/ you accept all terms below in full.

1. Parties

Provider: Abrorbek Toshpolatov (operator of Style AI), Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. Contact: support@style-ai.uz

User: any natural person aged 18 or above who completes registration on https://style-ai.uz/.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Provider grants the User access to the Style AI platform — an AI-powered virtual stylist service that allows the User to:

Upload, categorise, and manage personal clothing images (digital wardrobe).
Generate virtual try-on previews using TheNewBlackAI integration.
Receive AI-generated style commentary using OpenAI integration.
Purchase and consume service credits according to a pay-as-you-use model.

3. Acceptance

The User accepts this Offer by completing registration on the platform. Acceptance is irrevocable and constitutes a binding contract between the User and the Provider under Uzbekistan law.

4. Service Pricing and Credits

New users receive 200 free credits upon registration.
Each chargeable service action consumes a defined number of credits, displayed on the Plans page.
Additional credits may be purchased at any time at the prices listed on the Plans page.
Prices may be revised; the latest price list always governs new purchases. Existing balances are not affected by future price changes.

5. Payment Procedure

The User selects a credit package on the Plans page.
The User transfers the displayed amount to the bank card number published on the Plans page using their own banking app or card.
The User uploads a copy of the payment receipt to the platform.
The Provider verifies the receipt manually and credits the User's balance, typically within 24 hours.
The receipt image is automatically deleted from the platform 24 hours after upload.

The Provider does not collect, store, or process the User's card number.

6. Refund Policy

Unused credits are refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no service action has consumed them.
Used credits are non-refundable, as the corresponding AI service has already been delivered and incurs third-party costs.
Refund requests must be sent to support@style-ai.uz with the original receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the same card within 10 banking days.

7. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

Provide accurate information at registration.
Use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Upload only photographs they own or have permission to use.
Refrain from uploading content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and the optional secret word.
Notify the Provider immediately of any unauthorised account access.

8. Provider Obligations

The Provider undertakes to:

Maintain the platform in working order on a best-effort basis.
Process User data in accordance with the published Privacy Policy.
Apply industry-standard security controls to protect User data.
Resolve service-affecting incidents promptly.
Provide reasonable user support via support@style-ai.uz.

9. Limitations of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". AI-generated outputs (try-on previews, style suggestions) are estimates and may contain inaccuracies.

The Provider is not liable for:

Decisions the User makes based on AI outputs.
Temporary service outages caused by external API providers, hosting infrastructure, or force majeure events.
Loss arising from the User's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Total liability of the Provider shall not exceed the value of credits purchased by the User in the preceding 30 days.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

The Provider may temporarily suspend or modify the service for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance reasons, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Discontinuation of the service will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and unused credits will be refunded.

11. Termination

The User may terminate this contract at any time by deleting their account through the Settings page. Upon termination, all User data is deleted within 1–5 minutes, and any unused credits older than 14 days are forfeited unless a refund has been requested in time.

The Provider may terminate the contract for breach of Section 7 or for misuse of the platform.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or extended outages of third-party AI services.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to the courts of Tashkent.

14. Amendments

The Provider may amend this Offer. The latest version is always published at https://style-ai.uz/public-offer. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Offer.

Foydalanuvchi: https://style-ai.uz/ saytida ro'yxatdan o'tgan 18 yoshdan katta har qanday jismoniy shaxs.

2. Oferta predmeti

Ijrochi Foydalanuvchiga Style AI platformasiga kirish huquqini beradi — bu AI asosidagi virtual stylist xizmati bo'lib, Foydalanuvchiga quyidagilarni amalga oshirish imkonini beradi:

Shaxsiy kiyim rasmlarini yuklash, kategoriyalash va boshqarish.
TheNewBlackAI integratsiyasi orqali virtual try-on yaratish.
OpenAI integratsiyasi orqali AI uslub tavsiyalarini olish.
"Ishlatilganga qarab to'lash" modeli bo'yicha kreditlar sotib olish va sarflash.

3. Qabul qilish

Foydalanuvchi platformada ro'yxatdan o'tib, ushbu Ofertani qabul qiladi. Qabul qilish qaytarib bo'lmaydigan bo'lib, O'zbekiston qonunchiligi bo'yicha tomonlar o'rtasida majburiy shartnoma hisoblanadi.

4. Xizmat narxi va kreditlar

Yangi foydalanuvchilar ro'yxatdan o'tganda 200 ta bepul kredit oladi.
Har bir pulli amal aniq miqdordagi kreditni sarflaydi — narxlar Plans sahifasida ko'rsatilgan.
Qo'shimcha kreditlarni Plans sahifasidagi narxlar bo'yicha istalgan vaqtda sotib olish mumkin.
Narxlar o'zgarishi mumkin; eng so'nggi narxlar yangi xaridlarga taalluqli. Mavjud balans o'zgarishlardan ta'sirlanmaydi.

5. To'lov tartibi

Foydalanuvchi Plans sahifasida kerakli kredit paketini tanlaydi.
Foydalanuvchi ko'rsatilgan summani Plans sahifasida ko'rsatilgan bank kartasi raqamiga o'z bank ilovasi orqali o'tkazadi.
Foydalanuvchi to'lov chekining nusxasini platformaga yuklaydi.
Ijrochi chekni qo'lda tasdiqlaydi va Foydalanuvchi balansiga kreditlarni qo'shadi (odatda 24 soat ichida).
Yuklangan chek 24 soatdan keyin platformadan avtomatik o'chiriladi.

Ijrochi Foydalanuvchining karta raqamini yig'maydi, saqlamaydi va qayta ishlamaydi.

6. Pulni qaytarish siyosati

Sarflanmagan kreditlar 14 kalendar kuni ichida qaytariladi.
Sarflangan kreditlar qaytarilmaydi (chunki tegishli AI xizmati allaqachon yetkazib berilgan va uchinchi tomon xarajatlarini keltirib chiqargan).
Pulni qaytarish so'rovini support@style-ai.uz ga asl chek bilan yuboring. Tasdiqlangan pul 10 bank kuni ichida o'sha karta orqali qaytariladi.

7. Foydalanuvchi majburiyatlari

Foydalanuvchi:

Ro'yxatdan o'tishda to'g'ri ma'lumot berishni;
Platformani faqat qonuniy, shaxsiy va notijorat maqsadlarda ishlatishni;
Faqat o'ziga tegishli yoki foydalanish ruxsatiga ega rasmlarni yuklashni;
Noqonuniy, zararli, tuhmat yoki nomaqbul kontent yuklashdan tiyilishni;
Login ma'lumotlarini va ixtiyoriy maxfiy so'zni maxfiy saqlashni;
Ruxsatsiz kirish haqida darhol Ijrochiga xabar berishni majburiyat oladi.

8. Ijrochi majburiyatlari

Ijrochi:

Platformani imkon qadar ishchi holatda saqlashni;
Foydalanuvchi ma'lumotlarini Maxfiylik siyosatiga muvofiq qayta ishlashni;
Sanoat standartidagi xavfsizlik chora-tadbirlarini qo'llashni;
Yuzaga keladigan muammolarni tezda hal qilishni;
support@style-ai.uz orqali oqilona qo'llab-quvvatlashni majburiyat oladi.

9. Javobgarlik chegaralari

Platforma "qanday bo'lsa shunday" asosda taqdim etiladi. AI tomonidan yaratilgan natijalar (try-on, uslub tavsiyalari) taxminiydir va xato bo'lishi mumkin.

Ijrochi quyidagilar uchun javobgar emas:

Foydalanuvchi AI natijalari asosida qabul qilgan qarorlar.
Tashqi API'lar, hosting yoki force majeure tufayli vaqtinchalik xizmat to'xtashi.
Foydalanuvchi login ma'lumotlarini saqlamaganligi natijasidagi yo'qotishlar.

Ijrochining umumiy javobgarligi Foydalanuvchining oxirgi 30 kun ichida sotib olgan kreditlari qiymatidan oshmaydi.

10. Xizmat mavjudligi va o'zgarishlar

Ijrochi xizmatni texnik xizmat, yangilash yoki muvofiqlik sabablariga ko'ra vaqtincha to'xtatishi yoki o'zgartirishi mumkin (iloji bo'lsa, oldindan xabar berib). Xizmatni butunlay to'xtatish kamida 30 kun oldin e'lon qilinadi va sarflanmagan kreditlar qaytariladi.

11. Shartnomani bekor qilish

Foydalanuvchi istalgan vaqtda Settings sahifasi orqali akkauntini o'chirib shartnomani bekor qilishi mumkin. Bekor qilingandan keyin barcha ma'lumotlar 1–5 daqiqa ichida o'chiriladi va 14 kundan eski sarflanmagan kreditlar (agar pul qaytarish so'rovi vaqtida yuborilmagan bo'lsa) yo'qoladi.

Ijrochi 7-bandda ko'rsatilgan shartlarni buzgan yoki platformani suiiste'mol qilgan Foydalanuvchi bilan shartnomani bekor qilishi mumkin.

12. Force Majeure (yengib bo'lmas kuch)

Tabiiy ofatlar, urush, davlat harakatlari, internet infratuzilmasi nosozliklari yoki uchinchi tomon AI xizmatlarining uzoq muddatli to'xtashi kabi tomon nazoratidan tashqari sabablar bo'yicha hech bir tomon javobgar emas.

13. Boshqaruvchi qonun va nizolar

Ushbu Oferta O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi asosida boshqariladi. Muzokara orqali hal qilib bo'lmaydigan nizolar Toshkent shahar sudlariga yo'naltiriladi.

14. O'zgartirishlar

Ijrochi ushbu Ofertani o'zgartirishi mumkin. So'nggi versiya har doim https://style-ai.uz/public-offer sahifasida nashr etiladi. O'zgartirishdan keyin platformadan foydalanishni davom ettirish o'zgartirilgan Ofertani qabul qilish hisoblanadi.
